How does your Corporate Wellness Program Work?

Brawnergy's corporate wellness program is the simplest and most convenient way for companies to give their employees access to our services. Companies are charged a monthly membership fee. In return, their employees have access to our services at our location in Temecula, CA , with special member benefits, including discounted pricing on products and services, priority booking and more.

What is corporate chair massage?

Performed on-site at your company, chair massage is a 10, 15, or 20 minute massage that focuses specifically on high stress areas - the neck, back, shoulders, arms & hands. A specially designed portable massage chair is used to perform the massage. Chair massage provides wonderful results in a short amount of time because there is a concentration of work on areas of high tension.

How does your On-Site Chair Massage Program Work?

Our corporate wellness division works with companies big and small to meet their chair massage needs. We are flexible and work with our clients to design a program that works with their internal wellness initiatives.

Is there a minimum number of hours we have to book?

Yes, we have a two hour minimum for your office visit or event.

How often can my company schedule your services?

We have many clients and their requests vary. Some examples of a typical request include: once a week, monthly, quarterly, once a month for a birthday celebration, a reward for the completion of a big project, the end of tax season, or part of an incentive program for health and wellness, to name of few.

How much space do we need?

Minimal space is required - only a small 5' x 6' area is needed for the therapist to set up their massage chair and have enough room to move around comfortably. An empty office or meeting room is ideal - though our massage therapists are flexible and can work in a variety of locations to suit your specific situation.

What is the difference between you and other corporate chair massage companies?

We are locally owned and have been a trusted source of massage therapy in the Temecula Valley for over 5 years. We pride ourselves on offering only the highest quality service, and have very stringent standards for our massage therapists. Your company can be assured of the right therapist (certified, licensed, professional and experienced) offering the proper type of massage for your company and employees.

Where is your company located? Where are your services areas?

Our main office is located in Temecula, CA serving in the Riverside, Temecula, Corona triangle. We have expanded our service areas for our corporate program due to client requests to all of Southern California, including San Diego, San Bernadino, Riverside, Orange, and Los Angeles counties. Minimum booking hours may be higher for these areas, be sure to mention your location when requesting information.

What paperwork is involved to start the program at my office?

A corporate agreement is required for all services and must be signed prior to your date of service. This contract states all details about your company including your company address, point of contact, the type of service to be delivered as well as and the date and time of your office visit. A Liability Waiver is also signed by the client prior to receiving massage.

What are your rates?

Our rates range from $80-100 per hour, per therapist - based on factors including length of contract (single event vs. regular event), # of employees using services, and location. Get an instant quote here.

Do you offer any discounts?

Yes - we do offer discounts for on-going contracts. We also offer a discount for Non-Profit Organizations. Please contact us for more details.

Are there any additional costs or fees involved?

No, our rates are all-inclusive. They include transportation to your site, set-up of equipment, relaxing music & the services of an insured massage therapist.

How do I schedule a visit?

Give us a call or send us an email. We'll discuss your specific needs and fill out your request form. Once we determine the date, duration, and number of therapists for your visit, we'll send you a confirmation e-mail with all the details.

How far in advance should we schedule with you?

This depends on the size and location of the office visit. For most visits, we appreciate a minimum of two weeks’ advance notice. Email us or give us a call anytime if you have any questions. And we can work with your scheduling and budgeting needs!

How do we pay for your services?

For first time customers we require payment three days before the day of service. We accept company checks and all major credit cards. Credit card payments are subject to a 2.75% processing fee.

What is your cancellation policy for on-site events?

In order to receive a full refund, cancellations must be made at least three full days before your scheduled visit.

Are your massage therapists trained?

All of the massage therapists that work with us are professionally trained and state-certified. Upon request, we would be happy to provide you with the documentation of any therapist(s) we send to your company.

How can I determine the number of therapists required for my event?

The number therapists required is dependent on a number of factors: 1. Budget 2. The number of employees or attendees 3. The time frame in which you have to complete the massages 4/ Remember that there will be a certain amount of attrition when determining the total number of participants. Are the massage chairs clean and sanitary?

Yes! Before each massage session massage therapists clean their hands and disinfect the massage chair and face-rest and apply a fresh face-rest cover.

Can a therapist help with carpal tunnel syndrome?

Yes, at the beginning of the massage the therapist will ask if you have any specific concerns. This is a good time to bring up your ailments and they will know how to cater to it.

Will I be tired afterwards?

Don’t mistake the relaxation you feel after a massage for being tired and sleepy. Most people carry a lot of tension around and don’t know it. The therapists bring the body back into balance by stimulating the parasympathetic nervous system and calming down the anxious or over stimulated fight or flight response. However, you will be more awake and responsive after your session - not less. *Work on the low back is tiring.

Are gratuities expected?

Gratuities are not required however, the therapists do greatly appreciate the extra bit of acknowledgment of a job well done!

I'm pregnant. Can I get a chair massage?

Massage can be very beneficial for women during pregnancy. However, be sure to let the massage therapist know you are pregnant, so they can adjust for your safety and comfort. This is especially true if you are in the first trimester, when it may not be obvious that you are pregnant and should not receive massage.

Is there any reason I should NOT get a massage?

Yes. Medical contraindications include but are not limited to: uncontrolled hypertension, uncontrolled diabetes, fractures, herniated discs, malignancy, numbness or tingling in any part of the body, especially the hands and feet. Please inform your massage therapist of any acute or ongoing health conditions before the chair massage. Please note, the contraindications listed does not span to any other form of massage other than chair massage. If you have these conditions, another form of massage may be more appropriate for you.
